MDMA after blood drawing

Hey guys so swim is going to be taking mdma tommrow after having his blood drawn earlier that day, I believe that because it is going to speed up your heart rate and you're already not supposed to drink alcohol after having blood drawn....IS THERE ANY things we should watch out for. I told swim to wait but swim is going to dose anyway. All help would be appreciated
