MDA and 25I-NBOMe cross tolerance?

I was planning on taking a 25i tab a week before the mda. Is there any risk of cross tolerance between these two substances? Or do they work completely different? Sorry if this has been asked before
 
imo mda is quite serotoniergic. 25 nbomes seem to induce powerful tolerance and have high cross tolerance with serotoninergics...
as always spacing out the trips is better than overlapping tolerances.

The nbome's have a reputation for producing a much stronger and longer lasting tolerance than other psychedelics. I believe this is due to its strong binding affinity for 5-ht2a. You would almost certainly notice the tolerance after one week. The mda's empathogenic effects would still be there from 5-ht release, but the psychedelic effects would be considerably blunted. I agree with Folley. MDA is much more special than 25-nbome. You wouldn't want to ruin it, so it would be best to take the 25i at a later time, or not at all.
 
Thanks for the info. I have not tried 25I before and you guys dont seem to like it very much, is there a particular reason why?

25x NBOMe's are literally like playing with fire, my first (and last) time with 25i gave me horrible dysphoria and turned me into an incoherent crying mess for 10 hours.

You had a bad trip - it could happen on any drug. I'll admit that NBOMes don't have the safety margin that some other psychedelics offer but they can be consistently enjoyable if the correct precautions (set + setting) are taken.




@Attack Fader MDA: has a significant psychedelic component and the tolerance from 25I is likely to affect this. I would try to space them out more if I were you.



Anyway, now that this has been answered and is going off topic I'm going to close it but you're welcome to head to the NBOMe threads to ask about them.
