I've had great success with 6-apb and 4-sub-trypts including mushrooms. Should be pretty similar. I've never tried it with 4-aco-dmt as I find it to be too chair locking.

^ I've also tried 6-APB + 4-AcO-DMT. If you weren't aware, 6-APB is very similar structurally and in its effects to MDA, so the 6-APB + 4-AcO-DMT experience will likely much resemble that of MDA + 4-AcO-DMT.
It was fantastic, a really great experience. The 4-AcO-DMT made the quite pushy euphoria and empathy from 6-APB feel a lot more natural and down to earth, I'd use the term spiritual personally but others might not agree. There was also significant potentiation, the euphoria from 150mg 6-APB was boosted big time and felt more like 200mg in that respect. Due to the psychedelic nature of both substances it got quite visual despite the fact that my dose of 4-AcO-DMT was incredibly small and that 6-APB on its own only produces lighter visuals until I push the dose quite high.
I've heard amazing things about MDMA + 4-AcO-DMT too.
You can even look at hippyflipping (MDMA + Mushrooms) reports for comparisons to make since the differences will not be vast, given how similar MDMA and MDA are and that 4-AcO-DMT's break down into 4-HO-DMT (Psilocin) is thought to be responsible for the majority of its effects.
