If you are placing the bet that there will be more girl on girl, than guy on guy.... i say take that bet, lol.

If you are placing the bet that you girls will get more action than I, I'll take you up on that!

By more action than I, I meant, I'll get more action from girls than you girls will from girls.

Basically, it's a drawn out way of saying you're all talk.
