glad it all worked out, especially after the rainout in '06. i'll def be there next year.
 
i went and had a great time. i got to meet a stack of people i've wanted to meet for ages. i danced my ass off christopher lawrence kicked my ass with a blinder of a set.

all in all a great weekend.

haha...yea there was music there. :)

at least THIS year there was, i was a little worried after last years lack of tastey beats.

the music was good, i got to check out a little bit of the disco biscuits (only becasue they seemed to be the only saving grace music -wise for SS '06) and they were rockin....

but the buzz tent was the place to be. such a significant improvement from last year. sure the music was loud, but no so loud that it hurt and not low enough that you couldn't actually hear it.

every single DJ killed it in the house area this year. and it's funny because i really didn't think that i wasn't going to be impressed, but i guess that's what low-expectations get you.

off the top of my head richard vission, and christopher lawrence were pretty sick. their sets reminded me of the old days, back when i used to frequent raves. they spun a mixes which infused breakbeats, high energy trance, electro and of course elements of house which made for awesome music to party and vibe to.


SS was the shit this year. the shittiest of shits, and i mean that in a good way.

Good meeting some of you for the first time after a long time coming. Had a blast, as usual despite there not really being anything I wanted to see music-wise.
 
It was good seeing some familar faces :)
Starscape turned out great this year! Richard Vision and Christopher Lawerence moved me the most. Don't miss Bassbin Twins this saturday at Sonar in Baltimore since they wern't there for Starscape.
 
i'm still upset that i couldn't go. i was SO depressed last saturday, thinking about all that i was missing. but it just wasn't possible this year.
