I am very interested in seeing if a OX2R agonist will wake me up. I don't have an official narcolepsy diagnosis but I am guessing it would work (orexin agonists also being studied for ADHD).

I just stumbled upon information saying the old drug Mazindol was found to be an orexin agonist. Anyone try it? What's it like?

Apparently a pharma company is studying it again since it was discontinued in the USA. I am going to try and hunt down some way to get some to try. A classic stimulant AND orexin agonist.. has to be interesting.

Interesting, could you link that source about the orexin affinity? Id like to read it.

There are more than a couple links that come up if you search mazindol and orexin I’m not sure why it won’t let me post links on my phone lately
