Not much of a report and not much to say, but I did try it when I was feeling tired and it seemed to make it go away for a while. This is what I wrote somewhere else:

I managed to obtain a box of just 30 2mg. I wanted to see if the Orexin agonism works and it might be a little!
I usually have a tolerance to stimulants to where a similar equivalent dose of methylphenidate wouldn’t be that noticeable.. This feels very clean and I am just awake but without a stimulant “pushy” feeling. Very calm but definitely do not feel tired, sleep tired like I did when I woke up.
From what I can find online it is a much weaker Orexin agonist compared to the ones going thru drug trials (Mazindol is also in trials last time I looked, but they want to rip everyone off by only making a patented version even though it is generic) it is a “partial agonist” not full agonist. It feels like it is working but not super strong.
Mazindol seems a bit too weak and from some data online it might have a ceiling effect, where going from 0.5 to 1.5mg has a big effect but trying to double 6mg to 12mg wouldn’t make much of a difference.

I currently take stims daily (oral meth) so i am just probably too tolerant to notice much but I will save the rest for some time in the future when I am able to take a long tolerance break.
Oh - one time I did mix a couple 2mg tabs with oral meth and it really did seem to 'multiply' the effects a bit, which hit me strong, so I guess the mazindol doesn't have much of a blocking effect like methylphenidate does (blocking the VMAT or wherever the amp molecules go? something like that)
