Kinda urgent meth and heroin
I took a small bit of heroin to come down off meth. It was fine but i just had a small line of heroin again and feel bit too smaked out. Should i take a bit of meth to bring me out of it?

How can one be 'too smacked out?'


Seriously though, if you're in a situation where you can't relax and enjoy the nod, then I myself would no doubt have some more meth. However, you're not me and it wouldn't be in the interests of harm reduction to advise you to take more drugs. If you're really worried you've had too much heroin, then try and stay on your feet and keep active. Don't fall asleep and be constantly aware of your breathing - Make a conscious effort to take long, slow, deep breaths.
