Opioids maybe OD help

i feel fine just barely high but i shot 240mg of hydromorphone in less than 12 hours because i did bupe 3 hours before my first shot am i in danger of ODing or should i be fine because i feel fine and am breathing fine

BL isnt an emergency service man. Why risk the chance of something going wrong, seek medical attention if you are ever in doubt about your safety.
 
That's a little over twice your normal dose in a 12 hour period that you normally do in 24 hours that's a significant increase. And really you can't always judge what you can tolerate by what somebody else can. Please, please don't take any chances I think if you felt the need to ask the question you have some concerns. Please seek medical attention. I just want to make sure you are okay:)

Well just because you have bupe in your system and it's blocking full agonists therefore you do more of your DOC, doesn't mean it's still not depressing your respiratory system to a potentially dangerous degree. I know you have a big hydromorph habit flowers, so if anyone can handle it I'm sure it's you but still... be careful. If you feel yourself nodding too hard or your breathing becoming shallow, call an ambulance. Of course, the scary thing about opiate OD's is that it can just happen pretty suddenly... you can go from fine and super high to out cold in seconds..

I don't even know how he can fit that much in a syringe. I used to be pretty bad on IV hydromorphone and I thought 20mg was a huge shot. This guy's doing almost 10 times that. Just be safe is all I have to tell you.
