Misc Mayan Dreaming

I have ascertained another mind altering herb from the name brand Experience most commonly known for their Salvia this time its called Mayan dream and it supposed to induce lucid dreaming the chick at the head shop said to smoke it before bed however the directions say nothing about sleep, so hoping one of you know how to if so please share your knowledge with me.
 
I searched in the web and according to one seller it contains: Piper Methysticum, Sceltium tortuosom, Amsonia Tabemaemontana, Calcanthus Occidentalis and 5-HTP . 5HTP is known for increase the vividness of your dreams and dream recall so it could help you to get lucid dreams. I really don't know anything about the other plants. Maybe somebody else can help you with them.

I'm not sure about smoked 5HTP but I have taken it orally and in about 30-45 minutes I feel its slight effect and I'm ready to go to sleep
