Misc Maximum safe dose of lidocaine or similar non-psychoactive xxxxcaine by insufflation?

Im going to purchase some 3,4-CTMP (3,4-Dichloromethylphenidate), the suped up version of methylphenidate (Ritalin) thats 7x more potent. I wanted to make a mix with it and lidocaine, benzocaine, or a similar non-psychoactive "caine" alkaloid to make it safer and make it similar to the average potency of street cocaine in NJ, just in case it gets into the hands of someone who doesn't know how to use it. I have a .001g (mg) scale so the mixture will be accurate.

I was thinking of mixing 50mg of 3,4-CTMP with 950mg of lidocaine for each gram of product. That way an average line (100mg) would have 5mg of 3,4-CTMP (equal to 35mg of methylphenidate) and 95mg of lidocaine.

NOW FOR THE QUESTIONS. PLEASE HELP...
The problem is idk if, assuming some people with have around 3 lines in a session (3,4-CTMP lasts longer than MP, probably like 3-4hrs total), I need to know if 285mg of lidocaine in a night is safe. I know it isn't too great for ur heart, lidocaine. I know there's other "caine" drugs out there similar to lidocaine that have a numbing effect without the psychoactive effects like benzocaine, for example.

I assume it'd be best if I used the least potent non-psychoactive "caine" alkaloid. Can someone please help me out with this?

Is there a way to make sure the 3,4-CTMP mix is homogenous (think that's the right word for evenly distributed...)? It's kinda a small amount of 3,4-CTMP compared to the amount of cut I want to use. Would shaking in a tightly sealed zip lock bag for 30min+ be sufficient?

Best way to compound is with a pestle an mortar; either that or a good old fashioned razor blade. The benzocaine itself isn't psychoactive at all it's just a fairly potent local anaesthetic used by dentists. I really don't get why you'd want to cut it to try and stimulate average street coke; the effects of eph or 3,4 ctmp (I've not used the latter myself) are incomparable to coke. What benzocaine is useful for is helping to eliminate the horrible sting you get from EPH or similar compounds. If I was gonna snort eph, I'd use around 25%. It's also very important to grind these compounds into as fine a powder as possible; they're crystalline and can really do some serious damage to your nose. My ROA is vaping for this reason.

You're problem here is the ratios you're using; 95mgs of lidocaine for is way too much, you're just stamping on the drug by doing that, and to get any effects you'd need to rack up some massive lines. I wouldn't use more than 25% benzocaine myself.
