Bupe Maximum Bupe injection when dependent on opioids?

I was wondering how much bupe could be safely IV'ed when dependent on full agonists. I know you can safely do shots under 1mg but could you do a 2-4mg shot?

Just don't want to throw my ass into precipitated withdrawals.
 
What I've always done when I was unsure if I'd go into precipitated withdrawal is sniff tiny bumps of suboxone. Like .25mgs at a time, wait 20-30 minutes repeat. If you feel sick stop dosing and the withdrawal will be uncomfortable but nothing compared how bad it could be.

Just wait until you're definitely sick, or if you cant wait dose slowly and don't shoot it. If you have opiates in your system 1-4mgs will definitely make you sick. It's not worth it to chance it.

even right now... im waiting until i go far enough into w/d to take my suboxone. i was stupid and did 2 bags of dope yesterday... thinking that id wake up with w/d's and be able to take my subs... for some reason im getting close to 24 hours and im not that sick.... not cool.

i went into P/W once and i thought i was going to die. that sucked. i had Iv'd less than 1mg of bupe only about 10 hours after last dope dosage. i had serious precipitated w/d... it was horrible. now im willing to wait... its hard as hell tho.
 
As long as you wait until you are in full withdrawal from opiates, you're safe to take bupe without fear of PW's. Starting off with low doses and building up is smart though for many reasons.

As far as IV dosage, the ceiling effect of bupe and it's 100% BA IV'ed, makes it so you need very little, otherwise you're wasting a lot of it with no gain. IMO, IV bupe has no gain anyway even with proper dosage, especially if you have a preexisting opiate tolerance..you're not going to get high.

I'm only on 30mg of norco daily, and it's killing me to be honest lol.

It can definitely be effective in that regard. It's been being used for pain in other countries for a while and is starting to be used sometimes in the states too. One effective treatment to use bupe for pain is using the patch version. It's called Butrans. It's a 7 day patch that comes in 5mcg, 10mcg, and 20mcg.
 
I tried that about a year ago on the max dose to no avail. The 20µg patch is supposed to be equivalent to 80mg of morphine daily, but I found 8 norcos to kick the shit out of it.

nothing beats rectal bupre IMO. Fuck shooting it, that's retarded unless you're on Buprenex / Temgesic ampoules. Stay below 1.2mg IMO for least fuckage with your full-agonist mu-opioid of your choice, Douggie. How you been man, long time no speak.
