Why don't you just make up a proven solution of 1mg/ml? That is what Alprazolam Intensol is. 1mg Alp dissolved in 1ml of PG. At room temperature, I doubt 20mg of alp will dissolve in 1ml. You received your stash for so cheap, 10g for <snip - a low price>. That's like paying <snip - that price> for 5000 Xanax bars. In other words, you have product to experiment with, with the slight possibility of losing a very insignificant amount of money. And your money is only lost if the solution is completely unusable and unable to be accurately dosed. Just experiment with various concentrations. Try 5mg/ml. If that fully dissolves, go from there. Also, as has been stated in several threads, the addition of a weak acid (e.g. vinegar) could very well facilitate the dilution process.

Holy crap 11,400 mg of pure Alprazolam! That is incredible! Though I can't comment on the nature of your question, I would strongly recommend using extreme caution when dosing, especially if you have a tolerance adjusted to 1 mg at a time. Is there any reason why are you set on dissolving it in PG? What about Ethanol? Regardless, I hope you find your answer, bro.
