Dude all you need to do is evaporate the water. Ever get a vial of ketamine? It will be just like that, I pour the ketamine into a ceramic plate and put it over a steaming pot on the stove, after a while the liquid has evaporated and you are left with a powder.

Now how you decide to evaporate the water is up to you, be creative, but yes you will definitely be left with a powder after you evaporate.

Pretty sure microwave does not work for this, doesn't that horribly degrade the cocaine? microwaves get way hotter than its melting point.
