I thought I would give a chance at getting some discussion started on Baltimore- the heroin capital of the United States!!!! I know there are a lot of dope threads here already, some of which are slow moving, but Baltimore deserves a just spot in these discussions. Anyone here from Baltimore? Anyone been rocking that white lately??? Holy shit....

And from what i have seen, it is nothing like stamps or anything like that in Bmore. It is red tops, yellow tops, gray tops and black tops if you want to D by the point, but I do not even see those around that much. Pretty much all I have seen over the past years are half grams and whole grams, with the price break coming in around 5 or 6 grams.

East side is fire but west side more consistently has the fire. Who is out there and whachu doing fam?????? let's hear from ya becuase Baltimore is TOP DOG as far as I am concerned... Just not sure how well we are represented here on this board....
 
I just moved up here about a month ago, and yeah the heroin's pretty good...compared to the stuff I got in Richmond a few times. I don't really use heroin a lot, I prefer oxymorphone and oxycodone if I'm messing with opiates.

It seems like there are two kinds that get sold - "raw" and "scramble." I just snorted some raw. It came in brown chunks and powder, smelled a bit like vinegar, and it's slow to kick in but feels really nice when it does. The other one, scramble, comes in gel capsules and it's this bright white fluffy powder mixed with tiny dark speckles. Supposedly it's a mixture of heroin and quinine. That stuff kicked in hard when I'd snort it and I'd pretty much nod on the spot. You had to be careful with that shit, it was really potent and killed this dude I was with. Very sad. But yeah, that's been my experience with it.
 
I am not as big of a fan of scramble... You jsut never know what you are getting in it, but at the end of the day the quinine part is cut, and i would prefer the raw. The scramble does have a better rush when shot though.

The gray raw and white with fent cut are all as strong as ever....
