I have the opportunity to help someone get a European citizenship and make some money. I get 4000 upfront, and 1000 every couple of months until I get the full 10,000 euro.

I need to research what responsibilities i have towards this person and how this affects me as a citizen of my country. I could really use the money. I am not homeless but I'm rebuilding my life after a long heroin addiction, I'm 2 years clean and I find myself living in an unhealthy situation.

Some startup capital would be fantastic. I would use it to move and to secure a nice apartment of flatshare. I would look for a part time job. And then I would be able to go back to college in September.

This person will not live with me. Some contact will be kept, and some of their items left at my address which we would share.
The person would be going to college and work as an escort. After 4 years we would divorce. I have a friend who did this and had no problems. It is not as strict here as it is in the USA.

I am 28, and have no plans to get married until I am at least in my late 30s. Obviously a pre nup would be signed, not that I have anything but in case i were to inherit anything and things got ugly for some reason.

Opinions please, I have not made a decision until I know all the facts regarding myself. 10 grand might not be much to some but it would change my life at the minute (not going to suddenly relapse on heroin!!).

Sounds sketchy. Not really what the laws are like over there. Here in the us things can get quite nasty during a divorce.
What if you were to find true love while married to this other woman? What would you say to your girlfriend? Sure she might say 'thats nice of you', it just doesnt seem right.

People do it all the time though, mail order wives.

Just weigh the negatives, sure you might get some money. Would it be really worth it?

This bit makes it sound sketchy as; not necessarily on your part, but just make sure you're not getting involved in some trafficking shit. She just so happens to be working as an escort? Same as all the other girls?? Again, not accusing you, but I'd hope you use a VPN here and know what you're getting into.

You could almost make as much as 10k from a month or two on a medical trial. They frequently offer 6k without all the sketchy legal/moral/social baggage, especially when it's only 4k upfront.
 
Don't do this. You can be put into jail or get into legal trouble for marrying people to give them citizenship and it's a sham marriage. In some countries the authorities do check to make sure you are actually in a marriage, and if the woman is a whore you are risking charges of being a pimp too.
 
This sounds sketchy af. It sounds like you're about to take part into human trafficking. Are you okay with that because I sure as hell am not okay with that!
 
You should see if you could be her pimp too, earn as much as you can out of her.

It's no fuckin joke!! That's pretty much what he would be doing. She's paying him by being prostitute. All he sees is 4 grand up front and a couple hundred a week, what about what she's having to do to get the money? How many times she gettin fucked to pay this cunt every week?
 
problem is this, where she coming from and who's behind it all.
I'd be surprised if there isn't a bunch of scummy blokes behind this, not many young girls come up with the idea of marrying for citizenship,working as a prostitute and going to college.
I've seen it where gangs get young girls to come to the uk to work as cleaners or something and then force them to work in brothels. The girls are threatened and blackmailed while in a new country where they don't know anyone, it discusting.

It sounds absolutely dodgy as fuck. I've got no idea what you were doing even thinking about this, let alone posting it publically. Shit like that can get you investigated/worse.

I can't exactly imagine that this is likely to be some sorted girl paying 10k upfront and doing a spot of private escorting on the side whilst they study for a degree. Sounds more like low as fuck sex trafficking.

If so, sort your crack out.
 
that's some organized crime right there. don't do it. in addition to the moral and legal liability, i'd be very concerned about the deal not staying simple and/or not being properly paid.
