Marquis Yellow, but feels like bad speed? What could it be?

I understand that yellow marquis is supposed to be Butylone or Methylone, but as I understand, these are not supposed to feel like really crappy speed?

Because these are the effects I have experienced with these pills:

After ingesting, most of the effects were of the fairly negative kind: very cold in the extremities, accelerated heartbeat, no added concentration, some stimulation but no rushing, no mood elevation, extreme diuresis (makes you pee oceans and more), and lower back/kidney soreness for days afterward. Basically these felt like a very heavy body load for very little positive effect. I also found it to be more moreish than normal speed.

So anyway, this weird stuff doesn't seem to be either butylone or methylone, but it tests yellow. Any ideas what it could be?

EDIT: Possibly Naphyrone? Meh, I don't think so. I didn't get anything fun out of it.
