Marquis test to pink?

I just tested some "molly" with a marquis kit. It fizzled and bubbled with a little smoke at first, and had no color change for 30 seconds which initially made me think pipes.

After about 30seconds it began to go pink untill the whole solution was a pinkish violet color.

Has anyone ever gotten this test from pills or molly before? Erowid says pink is 2c-d, but i find it hard to believe its such a rare chemical. Or is it rare?

I'm so mad!!!!!!

The reagents are oxidized after about thirty seconds, but thats how it reacts to opiates. Opiates don't fizz though. That pill may be worth spending $40 to get a lab to test it. Opiates are extremely rare, but there has been a handful of pills with them sent into E-data

Hmm thats an interesting thought. However, these weren't pills, it was supposed to be molly. The guy I got it from had 2 oz of it... I would find it hard to believe he has powder opiates. People have supposedly been rolling off of it but it had no black reaction whatsoever.
