Marinol is the shittiest most useless drug ever, on a par with propoxyphene. Why can't you just smoke some damn weed lol?
Do you know what happens in research studies where they administer subjects with pure THC? It's not pretty. Granted, the oral and IV ROA are different, but the psychoactive effects are similar if you're trying to get high. THC is only one of a whole plethora of cannabinoids that gets you high, many of which we are unware contribute to the experience. Even non-cannabinoid components of cannabis contribute to the high, such as the terpines which give cannabis its flavour and smell, although this is not commonly known.
