I guess the legal section is no more? Anyway a month ago I was caught smoking a weed cigarette in public. Which is termed ' criminal possession ' , which is worse than getting a ticket for 'unlawful possession' which is where you only have weed in your pocket. But since I was smoking in public it's alittle more frowned upon.

For the sobriety aspect, in my experiences it is almost 100% nothing to worry about an addiction to. Your mileage may vary. (everybody is different clause)

As for the legal side of it: I'm sure if you need advice a lawyer would be willing to provide it. I will say that I have about 5 of these charges on my record from '99 to '11 and I'm still here.

Hey Way.. sorry you got pinched. BL no longer allows legal discussion, sorry. So if we could all avoid the legal discussion and focus instead on the sobriety aspect instead.

I found that after a little practice meditation gave me a similar feeling to a grass high without some of the less desirable aspects i got from the grass so you may want to give this a try. You would also probably get great results from twenty or thirty minutes of aerobic exercise four or five days a week.
