Mandelin Green To Blue?

A mate came over and asked me to test a pill for him it was a 5 point crown very light green almost white pill....I tested with marquis and got no reaction and then i tested with mandelin and after 2-3 seconds it went green (darker than the pills dye) then after about 5-7 seconds it went and stayed blue....Can anyone tell me what this means????
 
according the the new charts with the ampoule type tests blue mandelin indicates 2-AI.
 
Not really but seems it would be a combo of things though what is impossible to say without actually sending off for a proper cg/ms type test.

just had a thought pure mephedrone doesn't trigger marquis. though mine probably wasn't pure as it turned marquis pale yellow, it turned my mandelin paleish green, you can see my images in theazo's rcs testing thread. not sure what colour theazo had for mandelin and mephedrone though.

Defently wouldnt supprise me if there was a combonation of things in these pills considering australias current mdxx scene :\
