Mandelin Green To Blue?

A mate came over and asked me to test a pill for him it was a 5 point crown veryl light green almost white pill....I tested with marquis and got no reaction and then i tested with mandelin and after 2-3 seconds it went green (darker than the pills dye) then after about 5-7 seconds it went and stayed blue....Can anyone tell me what this means????
