Man Selling Drugs Charged After Selling Undercover Officer Half-Eaten Sandwich

Not much sympathy for scammers, but how stupid do you have to be to not at least look in the bag first to see if it's actually cannabis or not?

I don't get how you can be thrown in jail for selling a substance that's not illegal, even if you advertise it as such. Doesn't there need to be true possession involved? *confused*

U.S. laws are fucked.

Yea i never really got why you can be arrested for selling fake drugs, if you are not actually in poss of anything illegal then its got to be the intent to commit a crime perhaps?

This one really cracked me up.

Half eaten chicken sandwich.....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA.

But I'm also confused with "is charged with sell and delivery of a counterfeit controlled substance and sell and delivery of marijuana."

Where was the marijuana?

On the drugs inc I watched last night, I watched a few of them, but I'm pretty sure it was the hurricane blow one about New Orleans, there was a drug gang that was cooking up some fake crack and they were saying how they go out to the street to sell it to tourists, and the show mentioned that even though it is fake stuff they can still get busted for selling it, and they mentioned some insane amount of time in jail they could get, like 15 or 20 yrs or something if caught.
