Man runs back into burning house to rescue drugs; gets arrested

If I had a good amount of money that I could just go in and grab, I'd run in and grab it.

Drugs are worth money (a valuable asset at least) and they'd help him feel better, especially after watching his house burn down.

Hindsights 20/20, I bet some of you would have done something similar.

This is funny none the less............His house burned down, his drugs are taken, and he gets charged. Way to go!
 
Its pretty funny how stupid people can be. Running into a burning building to save your stash, while not advisable, is understandable. But you have to be a first class idiot to run back out, with nothing but your stash. The first thing you see on your way out becomes a family heirloom that you couldn't live without.

Logically, EVERYONE knows that a fire will draw all 3 emergency services to your site almost immediately, so anyone with just a slight trace of intelligence would not run out of a burning house with just ttheir stash to show for. Could have grabbed a cat or something!!!

so is it me or is this piece implying something about the residents of the Binghampton area or something? The bit of the end makes it sound like the guy lives near Binghampton and that therefore explains it. Can someone in the US enlighten me? :)
 
he can be an honorable mention though... Some of the funniest ones are honorable mentions...
 
Now that is dumb. Not only did he run in for a relatively small amount, he was in the presence of firefighters and obviously police are going to be aware that there is a fire and can be called when a person enters a property that is burning. Would have been better to cut his losses and hope to catch a whiff of it as he stood there with the firefighters.
 
Hah, People do that up here when they blow up their fuckin' crack shack or tweak trailor, haha, cops always catch em' runnin' in and out like twacked out squirrels.
 
i dont blame the cunts theyv probly got about a couple of grands worth of gear in there
