Yea budlight is swill. Luckily there are places around that only carry microbrews and beers made in md. There are a few that get national recognition too. Im not a drinker at all, but its good to know if i want good beer there is a dive bar not far that has like 20 microbrews on tap, great specials and tons of imports, lots of good belgian ales too. We also have some great local wines.

I'm not the drinker I used to be (not even close), but speaking of Belgian ales, I love me some Hoegaarden Original White.

Bud light is so bad! In fact, most of the beer you'll find in US stores is PISS! PISS! There's so much excellent beer brewed in the US, but stores are enamored of garbage like Coors or MGD.[/IMG]

I dont agree with this anymore at all.. tons of good beer in the US and tons in the US stores. We can thank Prohibition for that little lapse in quality and variety. When Prohibition hit it knocked so many of the smaller and craft producers as allot of them couldn't wait it out like the giants.

I guess I have to take into consideration that I have lived in some of the best areas.. but things are getting better all the time. just look how a local favorite brewery of mine has made it pretty big on a national level. If people have a minute check this company out as its pretty cool how its set up.
