making my own EC stack. Dosage suggestions?

I'm cutting and have been taking 300-500 mg of caffeine for pre-workout for a few weeks now and respond pretty well. I'm planning on adding in ephedrine, but not sure how should I dose it. Any ideas? I have 30 mg and 8 mg ephedrine pills. I think I'm only gonna be taking it before working out (fasted) 5 times a week.

Basically I'm assuming that caffeine stays the same and I add in 30-60 mg of EPH?

22 y/o 190 lbs less than 10% bf.
 
Apparently the ratios are quite important, this is what I was using in the UK... Worked well for me..

cuntball, what's your experience with stimulants?

While I've never used ECA as a cutting agent or pre-workout I can tell you that with little to no stimulant tolerance 200mg caffeine + 60mg ephedrine is going to have your heart rate through the roof. While I realize that's sort of the point when it comes to these stacks just be careful. I've used caffeine + ephedrine as a study aid and it had even my resting heart rate up considerably.

You may want to try cutting those dosages in half at least to start out with. I'm not a bodybuilder, however, just a stimulant user, so you may want to ignore my advice completely but I thought I would at least throw it out there FWIW. When I make my own ECA stack its generally 80-100mg caffeine + 25mg ephedrine + 325mg aspirin/ASA (if the aspirin does anything - the jury is still out there on that one).
 
I've never used any other stims than caffeine which I started using two weeks ago. I took 600 mg of caffeine today for pre-workout and felt light-headed. 400-500 mg remains as my perfect dose. I am just trying to figure out how strong ephedrine is when combined with caffeine, so that I'd get as much out of it as with caffeine alone (or a little bit more).

Looking at how I respond to caffeine, I'd say I'm rather tolerant to stimulants. I should be fine with 100-200 mg caffeine + 30-60 mg ephedrine to start with?
 
I think that's a safe approach. I'd like to see if the dosages for cutting are supposed to be higher, however.

Since you've got a considerable caffeine tolerance I think 100-200mg caffeine + 30-60mg ephedrine should alright. Caffeine and ephedrine both potentiate each other considerably so its a good idea to drop that caffeine dosage down so you can see how the ephedrine affects you.
 
I was gonna say that sounds like a shit ton of caffeine pre workout. I personally don't drink caffeine regularly (soda is fucking awful for your health) so the once a week I drink a cup of black coffee I'm wired for a good hour or so.

But yeah, keep your aspirin intake at about 81mg staple. Don't up the aspirin dose.

has aspirin been proven to be a compliment to the e&c in the stack? some people says it helps the ephedrine, others say it helps "blood to flow more smoothly", and others say its of no benefit (aside from heart health of course).
