Making "Lean"?

I know that lean is promethazine and codiene.
i have promethazine hcl 25 mg pills as well as some hydrocodone. would mixing these produce the same effect as promethazine codiene?

Promethazine is sedating. Most people who use promethazine and codeine together do so because they are already combined in the syrup they get or because they can't get as high as they want to on codeine alone because it is such a weak opioid.

If you have hydrocodone you could just take as much hydro as you want to get where you want to be and leave promethazine out of the picture. If you want some sort of weird tiring mix of hydro and prometh then feel free to mix away. Just be sure to take much less than your usually dose of hydrocodone.

The hydrocodone will have you higher than "lean". Promenthazine/codeine is very weak for something with such a huge hype.

But yes, the lortab/phenergan will have you slightly higher than pro/cod.
