You are referring to Hycodan Syrup?

The starting dosage for hydrocodone (for somebody without tolerance) is in the 5-10mg range.

Which would be 1 or 2 teaspoons full if I remember conversions correctly. I'd say 2 teaspoons, 5 mgs of hydro is a little low even for a beginner.
