its 11 o clock and here i am ...
sitting alone
i didn't answer the phone tonight,
and once again i left the door alone
its not easy trying to change...
especially when your in it on your own
I kept it together tonight,
i even fallowed through on my word
i went and sat on that old bench again
the preachers words still ring in my ear
I thought I would leave feeling something more than i did walking in...
but I found that wasnt the case tonight
Nobody ever said doing the right thing was easy,
I just didn't know it was going to be this hard...
realizing this
I don't plan on going back on my word
in the end I know the feelings will change,
and I wont be as alone ....
as Im thinking I am tonight
