Heroin Making black tar heroine snortable

So i've recently heard that if you put the tar inside a freezer for 20 minutes and crush it into a powder while mixing it with baking soda that would work but im not sure if thats the right way or if it would work?
I also heard of acouple other methodsthat i did'nt really understand so they were not an option

If you want to snort it, water-lining it is the best way.

Break it down in water with a syringe just like you would or IV, and quirt it up your nose.

Break it down in tiny pieces,cook them in a spoon and snort it,but it's painful.BTH is put on earth to be smoked.
