Makin tha most of yo' Dose

Years ago when I used to also drink, whenever I was on dope I could drink a shit load without feeling anything. I'd down a 750 of wine and barely feel alcohol's effects. This only happens to me when I'm on dope, or other opiates. If I mix alcohol with any other drug I feel it more at lower than normal doses.
 
once i have shot my dose, i will go back to the spoon and add like 3 point of water back to the cotton and draw up. when i first draw up i usually leave some in the cotton for this reason. i get my big dose in me, and as the rush is wearing down, ill shoot the left overs.

ive tried potentiating it with random stuff, benxos were my fav as far as euphoria, but they tend to make me too sloppy and fucked up. i hardley ever drink anymore, but when i would drink on dope it woudl made me sick as hell...

benedryl is a fairly common cut in scramble dope, and yea it does give a weird kinda rush...a friend of mine had some dope to sell and he had cut it with some benedryl (dumb i know, he was trying to squeeze every hot cent he could out of a gram.

i was sick so i didnt have much choice, so i shot the raw and benedryl mix and it was pretty nice. its a way more sedate feeling. like u can feel it in ur lungs when u shoot it if that makes any sense...

being able to blast somewhere chill is always good for the setting. being in a restrant bathroom or parked in a car somewhere sketchy sucks, i get worried about gettin gpopped so im more on edge that usual.

perfect setting is a nice cool dark room with some good music on

A pint bottle, which is equal to 16 oz. Pounding that down within 2 minutes gets me pretty drunk, but not falling all over slurrying my words drunk. To get to that point, it takes me at least a pint and a half, if not 2 pints.

They start to get pricey, especially when you dont know anyone off top with a script.
 
Ive never found any other drugs to improve my high. They either diminish it or change the effects to ones I dont want to feel.

I think the best thing to do, as said already by SonOF, is to just not let anything disturb you and to not move around a lot at all. Also, dont eat anything while high. Even if Im nodding out, when I eat, I come straight out of it and feel just plain old buzzed.

Other drugs in combination with opioids do work for some people, but for me, it just alters the high too much for my liking.

The downside of this combination, for me at least, is that the alcohol seems to help the heroin clear your system faster, meaning I'll get dopesick sooner as opposed to the usual amount of time before getting sick when not drinking alcohol.

In conclusion, the combination of alcohol and opioids is pleasurable to some people, while it is unpleasant for others. The combination is dangerous regardless; alcohol is a CNS depressant, as are opioids, so the combinaton poses a very real threat of respiratory depression. Also, the combination can lead to vomitting, and if you nod out and then vomit, you are at risk of asphyxiating on your vomit.

Wow. You know alcohol is the worst possible drug to mix with heroin, right? Not because the high sucks (though I think it would,) but because alcohol both depresses breathing alongside heroin, and induces the CYP2D6 enzymes, thereby increasing the amount of conversion of heroin to morphine.

It's very dangerous. Please don't do it. Try carisoprodol instead.
 
I smoke buds, and I dipp some Copenhagen after and mayb do some of my dexxies script to boost the high :P
