USA government spends a Billion dollars a year to supposedly eradicate the Coca growers in Peru, Amazon, etc. every year, yet the numbers stay even. Eradications=Number growers. So what is the point? USA drug labs that created Adderal havnt figured out how to duplicate Cocaine? Guess more cash is made illegally.
