Can't access tagamet unfortunately used to get it prescribed would make IR OXY last 6 hours.
Unfortunately don't matter my tolerance I am ready for another oxy dose after 8-10hours (more mentally but still)
I do not think oxycontin is continious release it's like you get an instant release over a hour then one more 4-6hours later and IR oxy can only last 2 hours sometimes.
Morphines not a option makes me too sedated but does last longer I could go 16hours without mscontin after taking one but would feel shit most of the day on 60mg mscontin, I do not think I metabolise morphine well but I do codeine.
My doctor satys no chance to being on 2opiates at one time as I asked for lower dose oxycontin and instant morphine, he then said he' higher my dose but get rid of my instants.
I could always chop them in halfs, this does not make it all instant but it does make it less extended.
Anything I can take make it last longer I know CBD does and Im hoping when I increase my dose tommorow of cbd it will help with the oxy.
