Sometimes I find staying on the outside to be very pleasurable... just between labia.
Maybe you can divide your time inside and out, or work on getting her off first?
I try to contact my body at least with the external area, to use my lower abdomen in sex, and not just in-out it. Maybe its just an aim, but it seems to work. I aim toward her around her naval area, I think. This may translate to their "g-spot". Certain angles may help. Visualization. Attention.
@ cg9256, do you know what a refractory period is? Its not how fast you get off... its how long it takes before you can be ready for sex again.
...Mine is sometimes nil. Sometimes I don't feel I came hard enough, so within a minute I can go again, or I can "push through", and keep going. I'm 31. I think it is psychological. But then again its all linked..
Usually I'm satisfied after one time, but if we are laying there naked, in contact, soon is possible.
I'd say it might be psychological... Sorry to be so vague. But you may feel let down that "your way" doesn't get her off. Focus on her first. Of course enjoy yourself but pleasure her before you are expended. Recognize what gets her off, and work with it. This may also in turn shorten your refractory periods.
