Your post above implies that small amounts are allowed for List I precursors....you did not specify any exceptions or lead anyone to believe that GBL was an exception. Since this whole thread is about GBL, that makes your thread MISINFORMATION. As you later acknowledge, GBL has no threshhold amount; that's the sort of info you should have been posting.
Now don't go getting all hot and bothered about it. If you know the law better than that then take the time to make a well written post that explains the law CORRECTLY.
Some people are too hostile for their own good. The purpose of the site is to inform, not to instigate pissing contests. I'm not hear to argue with pissants....I'm merely trying to help inform others (properly).

There really isn't much they can do as far as charges for the 1,4BD. It is not a scheduled substance nor is it a List I precursor.
If the DEA wanted to prosecute, they would have to use the Analogue Laws. I haven't heard of them trying this with 1,4BD yet. That charge might hold up in court but I personally think it's unlikely they'd try.
As for individual states trying to prosecute, that would depend on your states laws. I don't know about the laws for 1,4BD in all of the states but I know most states don't have any laws regarding it.
Then there's the FDA. The FDA has already banned the sale 1,4BD for consumption. If they believed you were selling it for this purpose then they could prosecute you for selling an unapproved drug.
However, the most likely scenario is one of the above agencies would confiscate it and you'd be require to defend your actions if you wanted it back. Unless you have a couple 55gallon drums of it then I wouldn't worry too much. But if you are at all connected to any of the companies or people that were busted then I would make sure you have a clean house.

1,4 is a schedule 1 chemical in florida. It would be illegal to posess without permit. I know there have been some 1,4-b busts in California, some guy I knew was arrested for distributing it in bottles labeled "neuromod: for experimental use only".

negrogesic, I'll take your word for it. I actually thought it was scheduled in both Florida and Cali but I didn't want to do the leg work and find out (although I think Erowid has the state laws listed for 1,4BD). But as I stated above, I realize some states may have laws specifically banning the substance. I think I was pretty thorough in detailing which government organizations could charge you for what.

very sadly i just saw on dutch television that the guy that owns the business from which i bought my ghb kits, based in canada, has been arrested, my best wishes for him. he called by name in a television show they also showed images from an very famous website selling pharm grade ghb over the internet in europe.
then the whole story of date rape and anti drug paranoia passed the revue. the sickening threat of the american war on drugs is coming this way. so hold on and enjoy. the place i live seems to be a taking its place as an ally in this mass psychosis.
we all know our drugs, drugs are reliable. it are people that pose the threat. i hope we can still save some people from insanity by keeping illegal substances available to the masses.
 
All this recent GHB enforcement has me worrked. Especially that story of someone's cousin getting busted after he signed for the package.
I too have ordered the GHB ingredients (GBL from a supplier in Europe affiliated with D. Pelchat). However, it was only a 250 ml container and was ordered and received over a year ago. Is there any chance I will have someone knocking on my door?
 
Well, I've recieved a couple 250cc bottles from Pelchat's boy's, and I've had a number of liters seized from the same sites in the past couple months...and nobody's contacted me.....yet. Although, 4 of my credit card accounts have been frozen, as of thursday. We'll see. lol.

Was this order from Europe. Based on what I am reading, they may not be tracing the shipments from Europe, only Canada and US, where the busts were.
 
something i have been thinking about to coryneil948 as information goes "they" can track everyones phoneline or internet connection, credit card information is used like Option2 s reaction indicated. very nice world this is becoming.
its this totaliaran system i have a dislike of but what the hell we will see what comes next. by the way my reply was also about mr. d pelchat next victem of the war on drugs (what war what drugs?).
 
I'm pretty sure it's got something to do with the orders, but they'll have a pretty fucking good time tracking me down. lol.
Each credit card bill goes to a different address, each with a phone number that's not paid for in my name. Each order was/is shipped to different addresses (business's of my friend's), and never shipped to my name or known alias's.
Even my own mother couldn't find me for a year, until I called her. Hired PI's and everything, they thought I was dead or in jail in Mex. lol.
If I do start to feel heat, I've still got 2 untouched Platinum visa's that I can take cash advances out on....give me $200k to leave the country and stay somewhere in asia for 7yrs. Enough cash to set up shop and supply the west coast with juice too. I ain't worried one bit. :)
 
I don't understand. Should someone even be worried if they have ordered in the past from these so called "affiliates" of pelchat. I'm talking about small stuff here for personal use, not large quantities for distribution. Because it would be ashame to have to dump what little some may have left for fear of a search.
That last post just seemed to be worried about getting his order.
 
i myself would never dump anyhing drug related in my house think it would feel like sacrilege. but then again i am from holland, if i was american on the other hand were you can go to jail for some herb or a couple of pills?

Exactly when did you place your order? I think the Pelchat operation was busted last Wednesday, September 18th, and on the same day, law enforcement started doing controlled deliveries to Pelchat's customers. My guess is that on the 18th, they had already intercepted a bunch of Pelchat packages from the mail, and they probably snagged more when they raided Pelchat's business.

Well, if somebody comes and insists that you sign for the package, DO NOT SIGN!
But, if It comes in regular mail, replace the green liquid with some green kool-aid and store the good stuf in a regular cleaning supply box or a large bottle of mouthwash (just remember to get a bottle strongenough that the g won't eat through the plastic.
If you're on a laptop, leave it at a friends house for a couple weeks. If you get searched, they'll take all your computer items...ALL. Hide your other drugs, whatever they many be, in a secure location.
I've got 4 credit cards that are now frozen for un-named reasons...which I suspect is a result of buying gbl online and a few thousand spent in Tijuana pharmacy's.
