Main difference between these two Dihydrocodeines?

Dihydrocodeine (NAPP) Continus

or

Dihydrocodeine (Teva) Instant Release

the NAPP is 120mg and comes 56 tabs in a box and the Teva is 30mg but come with 100 of them in the box...if someone can answer that i would greatly appreciate it..anyone know the main difference between the two? and how similar is DHC to hydrocodone?
 
DHC is not that similar to Hydrocodone IMO however they both act similarly. Continus just means it's time release so you'll need to crush it up to subvert the time release matrix. I say you go for the second one just to avoid the woes associated with crushing a pill up.
 
Really would depend on the cost, but you're looking at either 6720 or 3200mg per box respectively, so I would probably go with the NAPP.

The only real difference is one is a time release (NAPP) and one isn't. If you can get more of the time release for less, then you should go that route. You can always crush it up/cwe/whatever and it will be more worth it. Even if it didn't work as good, if you took double the dose (assuming they cost the same) you'll still have an extra 300mg or so.
