As title states, does magnesium really subside the jaw clenching and gurning side effects of MDMA? and what would you recommend as dosage and time (before, during etc) of the magnesium.

I take magnesium everyday rather than attack dosing it. I barely get jaw clench (noticeably) yet. Just buy some magnesium and dose it as it says on the label. Also i tend not to take ANYTHING supplement wise the day of the roll until after. I find vitamin C dulls the roll.

My daily multivitamins have 200mg of magnesium in, is that sufficient ?

Have a look at the daily value. Mine has 100mg and it says its 25% the daily value. So im assuming yours is 50% the daily value. I still supplement with another 250mg at dinner. This puts me around 92% the daily value and it seems to be working for me. My magnesium only supplment is 67% the daily value, add that to the 25% in the multi, and there you have it. :)

works for me, it also takes away the eye wobbles though,
i feel that the jaw clenching is still there, although it is very manageable and your not biting very hard.
i take 500mg once a day for 3-4days prior taking mdma

The many vitamins and minerals pushed together in one pill create competitive absorption, causing your body to take in much less of the nutrient. Take an extra 250mg magnesium with your daily multivitamin a few days before you roll.

I've been taking 200mg each day for the last 3 days and will be rolling on friday (so 6 days total), and this is the first time I've been supplementing with magnesium.

It will be interesting to see how much of a difference it makes.

You'll be able to enjoy your roll so much better, without the crazy monster face or feening for gum. Have fun and be safe.

Last roll, we ingested MDMA at T+0h and supplemented with (i think) 100mg of magnesium at +0h45m and nobody got any jaw clenching.
