Got some dental work done to build up four top teeth that were worn away, the bite isn't right yet but it's normal but worried i may stuff it up when i take something even if i chew chewing gum, can't wear mouthguard because it wont fit. I know magnesium helps but to what extent & is there any other things i can use to stop grinding?
Thanks

Probably the wrong forum, but magnesium works absolute wonders.

Be sure to get magnesium chelate though!

sorry, thought advanced there would be more knowledgable people instead of other forums, where has this been moved to.
Also, how much should i take?

I'm not aware of anything else you could use besides a mouth guard or magnesium (take the recommended dose on the bottle, or ask the pharmacist) but you could also just not do ecstasy or speed until you have your teeth/jaw issues worked out.
