Hi, I've been using mdma for about 3 months and have dropped about 10 times in that amount of time, mostly once every 2 weeks as i have then gone 2 nights in a row and once 3. I'm planning on going to a festival in 2 weeks an I last rolled 3 days ago at the weekend. Is 2 weeks enough time to recharge for one last blast at the 3 night festival if I drop heavy? And can anyone give me advice on how to boost my seratonin etc. also I was wondering if the change of scene (from friends houses to the big rave/festival) would help with bringing me up for each of the 3 nights. I just want to ping hard on each night and any help would be so appreciated! Recently I've lost a touch of magic and haven't been given the clean amazing feeling inside, but I'm starting to think that's also to do with the atmosphere and scenario that comes with being at a house, when all I'm thinking is I want to be at a rave. So basically any help please let me know and is 2 weeks a long enough charge just for one final push?
Many thanks, please help!!!

I'm gonna move this to Basic Drug Discussion for ya; I think this question is more geared towards the aims of that forum.

10 times in 3 months? Wow dude you're going to want to slow down. You will probably not notice any negative consequences because you have only been using for 3 months, but trust me that usage pattern will catch up to you with bad comedowns and tolerance, sometimes permanent tolerance, depending on severity of abuse. Rule of thumb is one month minimum between rolls to let your serotonin system recharge. But that's only a rule of thumb. I have to wait at least 3 months or I still have lingering tolerance

I am not sure I understood what you mean correctly, but are you asking if taking MDMA 3 days in a row will work if you dose high? No it generally won't, you will feel much less on the second day, much less even after the third. It will just become a shitty stimulant, not the loved-up euphoria MDMA gives you if you use it correctly. I've done that once and I will never again. It's a waste of MDMA. Not to mention it is really really unhealthy. Again because you are still very new to the substance you will probably not notice much negative consequences (though 3 days in a row is really pushing it). But you will regret this later on. The way you are using the substance you will ruin the effects of it very fast. Trust me on this, continue using like you are and you will completely ruin the MDMA-experience for yourself, you will regret it.

Slow down dude =D I know it's fun, but you have to respect the substance or it will kick your ass hard. Pick one night with your favourite DJ and roll hard on that one night. Try to score some other drugs (hallucinogens are a good bet, or any other drug that doesn't have cross-tolerance with MDMA) if you want to ping hard on other nights too, as you put it.

Starting to lose the magic after just 3 months should have already told you you were doing something wrong. I have lost a bit of magic myself, but I've been rolling for almost 10 years now. So as you can see it isn't normal to experience this after just 3 months. By the way, are you sure you are getting MDMA? Have you tested it with a testkit?

Also MDMA is very much a set and setting drug, meaning your mindset and the setting of the roll play an important part. A roll at a rave will be completely different from, but just as much fun as, a relaxed roll at home with friends.

Thanks man, yeah I know I need to stop a bit I'm just trying to go for one final push at this festival, it's proper rave music in warehouses etc so I was just wondering if you thought the change of scene from houses to the rave place would help me ping for longer? My last rave was months ago and it was incredible so if I'm tryna jus replicate that

I don't think it's going to affect the duration much. Though I've had rolls end abruptly because the music stopped. It's just going to be a different roll, more energetic

What I would do is just go all out one night man. If you keep it to one night you can redose a bit and keep it going the entire night. That's IMO the only way to extend the roll. Take it from one of the many who regret abusing MDMA, it really isn't worth it that one night of extra fun when you roll on back to back days. It will in the long run completely ruin the experience. Not even in the long run, the way you're using it's going to be sooner rather than later

That being said I have a feeling you're going to do it anyways, against advice, as I stupidly did once. So following is a bit of advice for when you do decide to be stupid. Please reconsider, take MDMA one day and do other drugs the other days. Or at the very least only do two days, not three. But anyways, in the spirit of harm reduction here is some advice. If you are really dead set on rolling multiple days, be smart:
-Eat enough & Sleep plenty beforehand, during and after
-Don't mix it with any other substance, not even alcohol (apart from maybe weed if you're used to smoking it) this is important, a very big part of long-term comedown cases we see here involve other drugs
-take a very very long break afterwards. At least 3 months I would say. Rolling back to back days will create tolerance. For me it even created permanent tolerance after rolling for 3 days in a row only once, I regret it a lot now
-Keep your doses normal and avoid redosing at all costs. Redosing + rolling back to back days is a recipe for a bad and long comedown
-Look into pre- and postloading and apply these to your daily regimen to decrease the amount of damage you do to your body
-Make sure you test your MDMA with a testkit
-Drink enough but not too much (0.5l each hour in sips when dancing should do it, if you aren't dancing just drink your usual quantity)
-If it isn't an outside festival go cool down once in a while if you are dancing hard. Damage because of hyperthermia is not easily done but it is possible
-Listen to your body, you know it best, if it gives you cues listen to them
-Be safe and have fun, in case I didn't say it before: don't roll back to back days =D

be careful. Your question makes it seem like you might not be thinking long-term.
