Mad Hatters

Ahh any acid lover would already know how good these are or should very soon.
I had one of these and it was the strongest trip of my life.
But two of my friends found them a little weak, worse than poptarts apparently.
So whats the deal, I did hear that the further out from the middle of the blotter they get the weaker they are. Does anyone have any info?
