Mad colours and woblly wavy shit

People just want to see "mad colours and woblly wavy shit" and these people almost always have a blasé attitude toward precautionary measures of all sorts, often snorting large amounts of whatever psychedelic they can get their hands on with eyeballed doses. It's precisely the OP's attitude that most of the idiots who ruin it for us have.

I agree, but he did mention he's not seeking these kind of effects, just wondering if it can happen. He's probably more worried about them than wanting to experience them imo ;)

I wouldn't worry though gymstud, as long as you're well rested, healthy, and don't massively overdo your doses I can't see this happening (unless, as mentioned, you combine with a deliriant, or a toxic dose of a stimulant)

I get your point about reckless eyeball dosing and chasing highs. But I'm somewhat perturbed by the psychedelic egotism that comes from the more experienced folk who have had a couple of cosmic experiences and then somehow regard themselves as righteous lords of the psychedelic gates of wisdom, and proceed to unduly punish some of the newer users who are just becoming curious. Most psychedelic users who stick with it eventually grow out of that phase anyway, as they realize the greater potential. But it's not up to any of us to condemn those who are just starting out with child- like fascination.

Most of the people I know who have had many, many profound experiences on higher dose LSD/mdma/etc in the last 20 years have no egotism. They are either regular joes or frizzle fried. A great deal of my former associates are the latter, unfortunately.

I have had very few cosmic experiences. I was only referring to a very specific subset of people that trip for visuals - ones like the OP. It only takes a couple of posts by him to understand what I'm saying... there are people that enjoy the aesthetic enhancement of psychedelics. And then there are people that have very blasé and reckless attitudes toward them. It is those people that irritate me. Perhaps I'm being too quick to judge from the sentence "woblly wavy shit"
