I always thought he looked like a doper...didn't know till now...Guess I'm kinda glad I'm not a rich celeb....would probably be a dead celeb by now

I never knew his name but he did a good job in boogie nights. Too bad they don't mention the stamp name but the police probably know everyone would be out looking for that one.

I have a question not really sure if it can be answered. It said the needle was in his arm would fentanyl drop you that fast? I know there is no way to tell what his tolerance and habit was but with hearng about the fentanyl cut dope going around in those parts I was curious.

I don't know any full time dealers that aren't totally drug stupid. It seems like they pick up little "facts" from their dumbest customers and keep them as truth. I used to try and correct them but, now I just let them preach because most of them just can't fucking believe that someone would challenge their knowledge and I'd rather not argue with them.

Just the other day I had someone telling me "no dude, OCs were a totally different drug than 30s".

Oh yeah of course. Morons sell the stuff then they think it makes them the authority on all drug related knowledge.

Its really just amazing how many more people are ignorant than those who are not. The majority of people out there just need to exude a high level of knowledge about all sorts of subjects, drugs just seem to be one of the more common subjects that fall into that category. Like Scags said, its not an awful thing to not know a lot about drugs. So it baffles me why people will argue points just to try to seem knowledgeable about drugs without actually confirming their claims or having any real life experience(this obviously applies mostly to non-users of the drug being discussed). Its like with drugs people will so commonly just hear these "facts" about them and then go around trying to sound smart when they can break them out in a conversation. Yet they are not even right, but its like 98% of the people they say it to will sit there and think 'oh wow thats interesting, he really knows a lot', because they don't know anything themselves and could careless to actually do 2 minutes of research to confirm the person's facts. Then when they run into the other 2% who actually know something and that person refutes the idiots claims, but they just refuse to accept that they are wrong.

That just goes to show how different the drug scene is in NY compared to a lot of other areas. Here those people were with 33 pounds of heroin and they were bagging it up into the glassine bags there. This way the product you get on the street hasn't been cut several times since it's actually the major suppliers bagging it up in NY, and that's why the product in a particular stamp stays the same way for so long here in NY. I've had some stamps that were the same exact product for close to a year, and in the 2 years getting that stamp it barely changed in quality.

My mom was talking about it and said that she read that the stamps were 'ace of spades' and 'ace of hearts.' The ace of spades bags were around a few years ago and I'm sure Mr.Scagnattie remembers them too as they were pretty popular.

The "War On Drugs" is basically an endless game of Whack-A-Mole. Another supplier will soon pop up. How long that will take, however, I have no clue.

Wow almost 15,000 g.....imagine getting your hands on that. You could do 1 g a day for over 40 years with that much.

But honestly I doubt it puts that big of a dent in the heroin supply to the region. Conversely you can look at it as only being enough to stop 500 junkies who use 1 g/day from using for 30 days. To 1 person it can seem like an awful lot, but to a region with a lot of heroin users its hardly a big deal.

Yeah I used to do both of those stamps. They were all over the East Village and LES back then.

Feel bad for Hoffmans family. Poor bastard. Guy was sober for over 20 fucking years, slipped back up, and dropped.

Just goes to show how brutal this fent dope is. It's killing people so fast they don't even have the time to take the needle out of their arm.

I heard they found 7 or 8 empty bags around Hoffman. No wonder the dude OD'ed doing a fucking 7 bag shot after only being back in the game a short while. Even with regular dope that probably would have killed him but with fent dope? Dude didn't have a chance.

Hadn't he slipped up like 6 or so months ago and gone to rehab? I remember reading about how he relapsed after all that time clean and then he checked into a rehab. Then there was really no word about him until this.

It just goes to show that an addiction can always creep back up on you. 20 years, damn. Hearing about that it makes it seem ridiculous when people are clean for just months and seem to think they got it all under control.

^^

Yeah he was in detox last year. Apparently he started with pain killers again then moved on to snorting H, then shooting it.

And you're right. It's very scary to think that even after 20 years sober, you can still fall back into it and die. Goes to show that staying clean is a never ending battle. It's a life long fight.

any of you see that 'oxymorons' movie. makes us look like a bunch of retahds kid.

anyway rough weekend and havent really been checkin in with the BL people at all. I got kicked in the head with a steel toe at a house party (was on too many benzos) and my head is killing me so perfect excuse to buy some good ole MA heroin. walking to the bank in the freezing cold now.

just took my last bar and I don't know if I should order more etizolam. I been going hard with GABA ergics for about 2 weeks and feel like I'm at the breaking point

Well they find the biggest idiots and most pathetic people to try to make a point for a movie like that. People are not entertained by the addict who manages to work to sustain his addiction and isn't doing stupid, risky stuff all the time. I haven't' seen it, won't be wasting my time but I can just assume everyone in it is way over emphasizing their Boston accent and putting on the tough guy persona b/c they do "jams".

I would say the getting booted in a the head thing might be a good sign that your "enjoying" the benzos a bit too much. But I don't get why people cop an attitude with someone who is just real f'd up(idk your situation, but this does happen). I know its happened to me and I know there are wannabe tough guys out there whose main goal for a night is to find the most hammered/wasted person and pick a fight with them. Its not impressive to get in all sorts of fights and kick everyone of their asses when you are picking the fights with some person who can't even stand up straight, nonetheless defend themselves.

^haha at least you did your good deed for the day. maybe karma will pay you back.

anyway just did my last .15 shot for hopefully a week or 2 and plan to jump back on 2mgs of sub tomorrow. today's refill day for the d-amp, too.

^^

Be careful with that hopping back and forth, man! I know we've talked about it before, but still.

yea I appreciate the looking out man. I really do value your input even though it's like I'm playing with fire doing the bupe shuffle. I just had been going hard with the benzos the past week and for some reason they made me crave dope hard over the weekend.

scags, what's the status with your connects now that your on done? do they know your tryna take it easy or do they think you just fell off the face of the earth?
