Lyrica (Pregablin) Recreational Dose?

I have just acquired lots of samples of Lyrica, and am wondering what a good beginner recreational dose would be for a reasonably intense high? I have done a lot of searching but the dosage responses I have seen vary so much between 75mg to 1000mg+ . So what would a good dose be for a 150lbs. male with NO other drug tolerance (Benzos, Opiates, etc...).:)
 
Start with 150mg and slowely tirate your dose up. There is a lyrica megathread that this will probobly get moved to. Alway's best to start low and go up 75mg is too low for a high though but maybe take 75mg see how you feel and then take another pill if you are not where you wan't to be.
 
150mg is a good starting point, make sure to wait at least an hour and a half before increasing your dose, it takes a long time to kick in. Some people swear by this stuff, but all I find it good for is amphetamine comedown.
 
im a lightweight with these drugs but you need at least 300mg to start, hell a friend of mine had no gaba drug tolerance whatsoever and had to take up to 600mg to actually feel a 'high'

Its nice once you get there though :)
 
well it depends what you are looking to get out of the lyrica...

are you looking to get fucked up/high? or just a nice buzzz?
usually 400-600mgs get me really messed up and 150-300mgs gives more of a 'good-feeling'
 
yeah 300-600mg gets you fucked up with not much tolerance, but sadly tolerance rises so much you end up needing to take a gram+, be careful with it and dont use it often otherwise it will just loose all the effects and you will end up taking huge doses.
 
450mg! Everyone I've known who's asked me what dose to start at I've said 450mg and they always respond back telling me they had an awesome time. But you can always start at 300mg if you want. 300-600mg are doses that will get you high. 600mg is a bit much but I had a friend who really enjoyed himself on it. The effects may wear onto the following day so expect a long high. It takes about an hour to kick in. Not everyone gets high on Lyrica but if your one of the people who do, you'll have a great time.

I take 600mg/day so I can't get high on Lyrica anymore. Tolerance rises quickly
 
I'll echo what everyone else said...200 - 300mg is a pleasant high, and 300 - 500mg is a strong high.


A few things with Lyrica:

-Whatever dose you take, TAKE IT ALL AT ONCE! Dosing and redosing don't go well with Lyrica.

-It takes anywhere between 60 - 120 minutes for Lyrica to kick in, so be patient.

-Don't take it every day. Tolerance goes up fast with this stuff.

You guys do not take chronically high doses of Lyrica. It will inevitably fuck up your kidneys. Space your binges out enough and drink plenty of water.

Um, I know this is sorta obvious but because no one else has mentioned it I guess I will, Why don't you try a rather small therapeutic dose to confirm you don't have any adverse reactions (most notably an allergic one!) / then go from there...

As far as Pregablin goes I haven't tried it recreationally, only as prescribed, as my DOC's are opiates, but I have extensive experience with it's cousin, Gabapentin, and I was having to take around 3 grams to achieve that nice floaty GABA high. YMMV. Happy tripping =D
 
I took 900mg in one dose a couple of months ago and was a complete mess,i had a little tolerance but smaller doses were not doing anything for me so thats why i decided on the 900mg dose...Lyrica is something i will not do again as it was not a pleasant experience.

Ive learnt my lesson.

honestly if u havent done it in a while a whole 300mg can even knock u on ur back, strart with 300 and increase in 75mg incriments, its my favorite drug but way to addictive for me

umm thanks for telling me this AFTER i went through a lyrica binge and ate about 25,000mgs over the course of a week
 
Weird im seeing all these low doses. It took me 450-500 mgs (i dont remeber 100 %) to get off my first time. Then again i weigh 40 pounds heaver than you.
