I've taken Lyrica on its own several times to see what the effect is like. Every time I got jittery as fuck and paranoid - of the pot paranoid, not coke paranoid variety. Always ended up having to take a little oxy and a benzo cocktail just to block the Lyrica effect.

Does anyone else get jittery and dysphoric on Lyrica and is it dose related? I take 600 mgs each time, only because my doc prescribes 300mg and like a good d/a I just assume I have to double the scripted dose.

gabapentin is lyrica

and jitteriness is a common side effect i always get it aswell, its a pretty horrible and pointless drug tbh doesnt give me any decent buzz really

Actually Lyrica is Pregabalin, not Gabapentin. Gabapentin is the generic for Neurontin which is chemically similar but a different medication.

I never got jittery on Lyrica, all I get out of it is it feels like a weak benzo with NO euphoria, but it did help me get to sleep when I was WD, so I like to keep a few in the medicine cupboard for hard times nahmeanson?

Mandrake, ive seen two threads by you so far that lead me to believe lyrica and other drugs are not a good mix for you. Try what the other bluelighters have said gabapentin or w/e. But if you want to continue experimenting anything you should probably switch from lyrica. With ecstasy you had a seizure, who knows what else will happen with this drug.

Lyrica "is" dose dependent. Try 450mg, that's usually the dose that hit's the spot for most I've known who tried it before. It might work or Lyrica is just not for you. My thoughts though are against the rest, if you don't Lyrica you may not gabapentin, the effects are similar.

What is the thought process behind taking Lyrica for recreational purposes? I was given a sheet by a doctor who wouldn't cough up the good stuff. He told me that it should work well for my acute tooth ache. However, knowing it didn't have any opiate/opioid content I havn't bothered with them. Should i take them with my methadone or CWEs?
