Did Lyrica and X unintentionally - the effect was intense to the point of scaring the crap out of my gf. I was hallucinating non stop, delusional, manic and everything was jumping around. I couldn't walk. I couldn't feel. I was out of my mind. I had seizures when I finally fell unconscious.

Took the same combo a 2nd time just to see if it was truly the synergy of the 2 drugs. Exactly the same thing happened.

When taking the same amount of X w/o lyrica I get the beautiful trip most people get, Can anyone shed any light on this? The lyrica dose was 300-400mg, nothing special.

that's very odd as I've done lyrica + x myself -- some people report pregabalin having an MDMA-like euphoria...

The truth of the matter, however, is that pregabalin is GABAnergic while MDMA doesn't directly interfere with that. Your issues most likely stem from the fact that, when the peak effects of lyrica are wearing off your seizure threshold drops. MDMA already lowers your seizure threshold, so you're looking at a synergy between the lyrica comedown and the MDMA peak.

This is the only thing I can find. Hallucinations are a rare side effect of it. The odd thing is that Lyrica is interacting with a stimulant when most of its reported issues are in conjunction with a depressant.

The fact is most prescription drugs effects people differently, ex. a anti depressant could make someone happy while the next person gets suicidal.

Another fact is this, you take major risks taking mdma or any mind transforming drug or 'psychedelic' for that matter if you have a condition like epilepsy, its no surprise to me that there is a chance for you 'personally' mandrake to get a seizure.

And sadly the last thing is if you ever want to pursue taking mdma again I would DEFINITELY stay off your meds because this is where mdma gets dangerous or non reactive. I take anti depressants sometimes and sometimes antipsychotics but I will refuse to take mdma when on them for reasons like this: unknown reactions. You could've died my friend. If you choose to take mdma without your meds, there is also a great possibility you can have a bad case with your epilepsy also so there is no win-win for mdma and you im afraid.

My personal advice: find another drug of choice.

I wouldn't say that for sure. I've seen people claim that Lyrica hits both MDMA, THC, and Opiate receptors, even though the manufacturer swears that it doesn't.

I tend to agree, as it can certainly feel like all of those drugs, especially in the way it can COMPLETELY get rid of any kind of opiate WD. Only an opiate can stop opiate withdrawals.

I feel there is much we aren't being told about this drug.
