I shot up recently and got high but there felt like a lump in my vein?

What were you shooting? More details about the lump, when it developed, size, and coloration would be helpful.
If you feel this is a situation requiring medical attention, the very best thing you can do is get off the computer and go to the ER. Not pleasant I know, but much better than the potential consequences.

I shot up dope..the lump was a small one within the vein..like a ball..i use 30g 1/2 in needle 1cc syinge..i typically put the whole needle in my arm. Should I not do this? i read some stuff that i could be possibly going through the vein..and essentially missing because i whent all the way through the vein? should i just stick the needle in just so the tip is in? I registered and everything when I injected..I probably missed due to going through all the way through the vein maybe?

what do you guys think? this is definitely bothering me because I did not get the most out of my high.. I got a nice rush Imediately but not a full blast.

it definitely does not need medical attention though that is for sure.. I dont feel ill or anything. just not as smacked as I should be..than again my tolerance could be going up again.. I just started doing dope again after 2 weeks of not doing it.. I did one bag. and the stuff is pretty potent this time
In these situation it's best not to ask people on a forum for information, and would be probably best if you see a medical professional. If you don't want to spend money on seeing a doctor in case it's harmless, show it to a pharmacist and they'll be able to tell you if its a matter of concern, as they have a lot more knowledge than people think.
Sounds to me like a missed shot, but there is no way for anyone here to know for sure. Keep an eye on it, if it gets worse - such as getting bigger, change in color, pain or anything like that than a doctor might be a good idea. Impurities in the dope, if it is indeed a missed shot, can possibly cause an abcess, and you do NOT want to go through that. Keep an eye on it.

could be irritation at the injection site if you don't rotate sites often. you would know if you were missing your shot cuz it burns in your arm in that area (I never understood how people can inject more than a few units). could be an abscess forming, could be many things. sometimes overusing a site though will cause a "knot" feeling in the injection site (I haven't used in over a year and I still have a slight knot as I didn't rotate sites).
