Before anybody tells me to UTFSE, I have and would like more detailed help from actual people please.
Two nights ago I injected some morphine sulphate. I stuck the needle in and registered, but then the needle must have slipped out of the vein, because when I started pushing the plunger down, it was painful. So I immediately stopped and pulled the needle back out. I then proceeded to try again, and this time, I got a clean shot. The next morning when I woke up there was a small, hard lump (the size of a BB??) at the injection site and it was tender. Now, two days later, the lump is still there, but it is no longer tender. What is this? Will it go away? Is it a serious problem? Please help!!
