[LSD Subthread] First time LSD

Cool to hear about the qualities of someone experiencing a trip like this for his first time. I merged your thread into the big one it is in now, IMO it is an interesting example of what could happen as reference for future trippers.

Finding it hard to express this into words is understandable and alright. This takes time to integrate and process in your life, your friend does not have to worry that it does not fall into place right away, it will! <3

Trip was all over within 12 hours however I do have some concerns as to what my friend took. Don't get me wrong the experience was amazing but yet afterwards he didn't feel how he thought he would. he doesn't feel particularly enlightened although he did have some personal revelations on it. The come up took around 3 hours which hints at a DOC however the trip duration didn't last 24 plus hours. It lasted around 8. Additionally the extended come up might have been due to him eating a meal at 7 and also being very nervous, not really allowing the trip to take control as it were due to him putting expectations on it. He did get a numb mouth from putting the blotter in it which isn't a paticularly good sign and he wasn't sure if he had mild vasoconstriction or whether he was just really cold. Experienced users of LSD who have taken blotters from the same batch had said it was LSD but it's all subjective so they could be wrong. Last night my friend was a bit melancholy and actually had a bit of a cry although this cculd have been down to him being awake for plus 24 hours. A reagent test came up with the desired purple reaction (Although this was a photo shown to him) however correct me if Im wrong but when testing for LSD some RCs come up as purple.

I suppose it doesnt really matter as the experience happened and it was a good one and my friend can always buy L from different sources. He just hopes that if he did take an RC he hasn't got any neg side effects coming. He also does really want to try Acid if he hasn't due to it sounding marvellous (The experience was pretty awesome). He can't remeber much of the experience however he did have 2 glasses of wine during it to ease his nerves (He was very anxious and uneasy during the come up) and being al ightweight - the wine might have made the trip foggy. I suppose he can always trip again on the same batch, on an empty stomach this time and without nay expectations to see if the comeup is effected and within the realms of what most L experiences are. 1st time lsd-advice :)

i will getting five 150mic tabs tomorow,im very experienced with shrooms,salvia,weed,xtc but have never done lsd before and if im honest im a bit nervous,i was jus after some hints an tips to make the most enjoyable expeerience possible.x
 
Well first things first make sure to understand that 5 tabs x 150mic would be way too large for a first time dose, take 1 and if you are feeling very comfortable after an hour maybe a second but dont drop all 5 or even 3 if it is truly 150mic thats some super powerful stuff..

Just take some time today to research the History, Uses and real LSD identification, to insure you have a more comfortable experience.

Set and setting is key that includes knowledge about LSD
 
Yea definitely start with one. If it is truly 150uq, that will be more than enough for a great first trip. L is very different from shrooms, and you can get anxious because you don't understand how your feeling if your not comfortable.
Be somewhere you feel safe, and make sure you don't have any bad interruptions.
If your doing it alone, which I love, make sure you have someone you can call in case things get a little strange. Talking always helps a lot.
If your doing it with friends, make sure they're people you trust.
Bring along your favorite music.
Outdoors is always amazing.

First Time Acid

I'm going to a big music festival in about a month (Bonnaroo) and while I would prefer to do shrooms, the only thing I can find is acid. My mom always told me never to do it because she had a bad trip and got anxiety attacks afterwards, so I've always been super nervous about doing it. So I plan on tripping with friends before I leave for the trip, and then if I enjoy myself I'll do it while I'm there.

I know that it depends on the batch, but how much for a first timer? My buddy seems to suggest 3. When I did shrooms, I took a few and saw how I felt and then finished them for the maximum effect. Is acid the same way? Can I take 2 hits, see how I'm feeling, and round off with a third? Is it true that valium will end/make a bad trip better? Would it be safe to trip off acid twice in the same month/30 day span?

It's always best to take one dose if it's your first time. LSD is generally of a longer duration than mushrooms. You can redose, but it's not always as effective.

If you liked mushrooms there's no reason you won't like LSD.
 
Always start with one. You will never be able to gauge the dose of a tab of LSD
although it doesn't happen often, I once had LSD so strong that two tabs sent my buddy off his rocker for the whole trip, talking gibberish, being belligerent, not a good time.
LSD is my favourite drug, I prefer it over mushrooms anyday, I find it much more colourful and I feel much more clear headed as long as I stay within a reasonable dose.
 
I'd start with one - unless my friends have tried this exact sheet before and said it was weak, in which case 2.
I personally don't like redosing after the second hour, as it tends to be a waste of acid, and makes the comedown drag on forever.
Once a month is perfectly fine, once a week is cool for a month or two at a time.
If you or your friends are freaking out, yes a good strong (but not nutty) dose of Valium will calm them down. It'll tend to weaken but not totally kill the trip, and make one ok with things.
 
First time LSD

Hey everyone I've been lurking this site anonymous for a while so I decided to keep an account to participate. Basically I want to try LSD for the first time most likely in the near future once it gets warmer out, and i know i know i know it says everywhere to start with low doses to see what you can handle, but a part of me wants to plunge into a high dose the first time for an extremely interested Se experience. I've done A LOT of research so i dont need the safety spiel or any of that, i just want to ask your opinions and or experiences if any of you have taken this path. I haven't done any other psychedelics either, only smoked weed and drank. I know it probably sounds crazy but I want the intense experience and would just like to hear opinions from experienced people. I forget who said the quoteor exactly what it was but it was something along the lines of being floating down the Nile River as they built the pyramids, and basically I'm a crazy fuck and i actually want that
 
I wouldn't look to have an intense experience first hand with LSD because (assuming you know since you've done research) there is a very high risk that what you are/will be being sold is an rc. You take too much of an rc thinking its lsd and you'll be in the hospital or dead. As much as I love LSD I'd recommend you go with shrooms or dmt atleast then the chance of physical danger is greatly reduced.

I also would not recommend you take a large dose of whatever you do take because no matter how much you think you are ready.. you really have no fucking clue lol trust me I was the same way and if you do not respect the chemical it will destroy you and if you are not prepared to be destroyed piece by piece it could really scar you.


Basically what I'm saying is atleast get a few trips under your belt to really understand how the mind works under the effects of a psychedelic. If you still wish to dive all the way down the rabbit hole I only recommend that you are in a perfect setting with a sitter and a very peaceful, clear, sober, and focused state of mind.

Agree with crope. Also, you don't know how will your body react to LSD, taking a high dose for the first time is irresponsible. I totally know how you feel, i wanted to do the same thing when i dropped my first time, but i decided to only take 1 blotter instead of ?, had a nice experience, and prepared myself for higer doses. I'm actually going to trip my second time in 3 days, taking two and a half of big blotters (i can either get normal blotters, or bigger ones, 1x1cm).
 
Hmm I think you can get a good idea of LSD strength by having a good read online for tab reports. I find bluelights regional forums are useful.

I had approx 200ug for my first time and had a great experience, I'd recommend anyone else to do the same. Strong but not overwhelmingly so
 
I have never tried LSD and am not very experienced with psychedelics (opiates are my love) but I recently bought this orange powder in a capsule and told it was acid. I know acid usually comes in sheets or tabs so i am wondering if it might be LSA, or 2ci? Has anyone heard of anything like this?
 
Yea i get the whole RC thing so I suppose id start of at maybe 3 or 4 tabs just so I know it'll be intense but not too much to handle at first, also to be sure it's LSD. I plan on this being somewhat of a psychedelic summer, trying LSD and shrooms for the first time and depending on how they both are for me, experiencing it as much as I see fit
