Erowid places it in the strong category (150-400). In the right setting it would probably be pretty immersive, though without any full-on hallucinations.

200ug would be pretty good for a dose of street blotter. Much like E pills, LSD tabs/gels/etc. have been getting weaker.

Cheers. I was wondering about ocular doses of drugs in general when I was checking out erowid experiences yesterday and noticed it under the RA section of the search page. Most drugs wouldn't be convenient for such a thing. I'm wondering if putting a piece of paper in there would burn at all. I've heard of people dropping liquid in their eye. That burns due to the alcohol used to create the solution.

Whoa, I wouldn't do an ocular dose with acid dissolved in alcohol. Properly it should be done with extremly clean LSD (needlepoint, fluff?) dissolved in distilled water. You don't want to fuck with your eyesight.

Mmm, though as nuts as I am - I can't say I'd want to drop liquid L in my eye anytime soon. You could do it with pure and a microgram scale. Expensive!

Based on the first post, I think this is the right place to ask this. I got some tabs. First time with acid. Looking for something near a 20-22mg dose of 2C-E in intensity. Friend recommended 2 tabs, I'm thinking 3. I don't want a wasted trip, but I also don't want to waste tabs, either.
Kinda sucks that I have no way of determining how much acid is on each tab. All I know is the guy said it was "good."
Does anyone have any recommendations?

About to drop some acid for the second time tonight, it shall be interesting. We got 10 hits on mints from a pretty reliable source. The last time I tripped I also got mints and they were pretty decent. The mints were in tin foil so my guy at least knows a little bit about acid. I'm hoping I have a good trip! Oh yeah and would it be wise to take some flexeril (cyclobenzaprine) on the comedown? Just to relax me and maybe go to sleep easier.

why on earth would you cut a gel tab in half? Tabs are USUALLY dosed appropriately enough... take 1, 2, 4, 6, 14... whatever... but why 1.5 or .75 of a tab? lol

Im not sure what flexeril is... but if its a benzo Im sure it would help you relax and fall asleep at the time of your desire. Usually when LSD come on mints or sugar cubes or something of that nature it is Liquid LSD (yummmy)... dont forget to lick the aluminum foil to get all the cid out of it

You would cut a tab in half if you wanted less than a full trip.
Or maybe you have a tab laid at 250ug...thats a hefty dose...sometime you only want 100ug trip for the context you're in.
The LSD is dispersed evenly throughout the gel tab so cutting it in half will result in two equipotent doses.

The people that make geltabs are usually the most professional in the LSD trade. Exceptional care is taken to ensure that the LSD is evenly distributed throughout the gelatin before it is molded.
In my last batch of amber gellies, my friend threw in a handful of these very light blue / almost clear gellies that he'd been saving for a while which must have had 250mics if they were 1 mic. One of those would be a nice little trip and I definitely urged less experienced friends to only do a half.

I disagree that gels indicate professional quality. In fact, I'm leery of gels these days because its all too easy to make a bunch of DOx gels and sell them as acid. At least with paper you can taste the DOx.
Some rainbow gels at some parties in NC this past summer were definitely DOx.

i suppose this could also depend on the way the gellies were made.
Im no expert in this so i may be wrong but i can think of 2 different ways to do it.
1 would be mixing the LSD with the gelatin solution prior to pouring it into the light fixture that gives each hit that shape. Then waiting for it to dry and voila, the LSD is evenly distributed in all the hits.
or you could make the gelatin solution, pour in the light fixture and then dose each indivdual square with a drop from vial and then let it dry. This is less practical when making large amounts of hits, but would still work. And in this scenario the LSD is not evenly distributed and breaking it in half may not split the dose in 2 even halves.
Most likely though it was made the first way i described therefore breaking it in half should be fine.
These days any time im sitting in class or a buisness office and i look up at the flourescent light fixtures i always think, "Wow, that could make soooo many hits of acid."
