LSD + diphenhydramine?

Took a tab at 2am and 5-10mg 2CB at 3am. 1.30pm now.

I'd like to get to sleep at some point. I have diphenhydramine and a herbal tablet. Herbal tablet has valerian, passion flower and hops in.

Don't want to take the diphen if it's going to do any crazy shit mentally/ physically.

Sorry if I'm not okay to post this here, n00b, but really can't be reading pages of posting rules right now. Just want to know if this is safe and if it could make me trip harder or freak out instead of sending me to sleep. thanks :)

why can't you just close your eyes and get lost in the tail end of the trip? Always sent me to sleep pretty quick, and is extremely pleasurable too.

it hasn't been a good trip. i've wanted it to be over for a long time. my thoughts are not "extremely pleasurable".

Do you have alcohol?

If you can have a couple of glasses of red wine that might help. Red wine contains chemicals other than alcohol which can send you to sleep.

Half a bottle of foul tasting beer and grappa. The grappa is extremely pungent and will probably turn my stomach. Also nothing to mix it with but squash (cordial)...

Would rather drop a pill than drink. Any ideas about the diphen?

Specifically: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chianti contain significant levels of melatonin, the body's endogenous sleep hormone.

I have no idea about diphenhydramine, sorry, but I read it's a deleriant at high doses. Red wine is my sleep inducing agent of choice.

Obviously benzos would do the trick...

I have never been able to fall asleep while tripping and haven't tried taking a sleeping pill, it wouldbe great if someone could share their experience

A low dose (25mg) of DPH should help you sleep and won't cause any negative mental effects, physically I don't know.

Trying to go to sleep too early after a trip can be very frustrating. It's better to just find something nice to do, like reading or watching a movie or whatever until you are exhausted enough. For me this usually takes longer than for other people I trip with. It's no problem as long as I don't try to sleep too soon.
